This week Kevin’s special guest teaches him how to make mouth-watering chocolate eclairs. Mixing in egg after egg, Chef Kevin’s arm was sore but it was well worth the effort – the batter turned out perfect, puffy and the ideal base for the creamy, fudge chocolate frosting. But before applying the chocolatey goodness, Kevin’s guest showed him how to fill the shell with a tasty vanilla pudding, topping off the perfect combo of sweet bread, pudding, and chocolate. Meanwhile, In the Know’s Tim gives us a brief history on desserts, Get Smart’s Brenna gives instructions on the best way to melt chocolate, and Helpful Tips’ Julie coaches us on making the perfect eclair.
