Episode Ten – Season Finale

Watch as Chef Kevin closes the series by making his delicious and addicting Whole Wheat Banana Nut Muffins along with a Berry Protein Blast Smoothie.  Adding their two cents to the show, In the Know’s Tim gives a funny lesson on whole wheat, Get Smart’s Brenna shares some interesting facts about bananas, and Helpful Tips’ Julie eats blueberries.

Watch as Teen Chef Jacob shares with Chef Kevin his famous Ginger Snap recipe.  Later, Chef Kevin wows us with his succulent and easy Crock Pot Salsa Chicken.  Meanwhile, In The Know’s Tim educates us on the origin of salsa, Get Smart’s Brenna shares with us about meats and their naturally occurring vitamins, and Helpful Tips’ Julie gives us the 411 on ginger and its health benefits.

Watch as Chef Kevin wows us with his bite-size cheesecakes.  Also, Guest Chef Brenna is back to teach Kevin her irresistible Lemon Cornmeal Cookie recipe.  And adding their two cents to the mix, Helpful Tips’ Julie talks about the pros and cons of sugar while In The Know’s Tim gives us a brief history on cheesecake.

Episode Seven


Watch as Chef Kevin’s special guest teaches him how to make her amazing chili rellano casserole.  Kevin returns the favor by cooking up his very own Mexican rice as the perfect side dish.  In the Know’s Tim and Get Smart’s Brenna make appearances on the show, as well as Helpful Tips’ Julie – the show is educational, and delicious!

Watch as Chef Kevin transports us to France by creating his delicious Chicken Cordon Bleu, complimenting it with a Potato-Pepper Stir Fry.  You don’t want to miss this!  In the Know’s Tim explains the meaning of Cordon Bleu in a very Frenchy way while Get Smart’s Brenna talks about purchasing in season and local veggies.  And adding her two cents to the mix, Helpful Tips’ Julie instructs us about proper vegetable storage.
