Nachos Galore!

CWK SE03EP02-7This week on Cooking With Kevin, Chef Kevin whips up a perfect batch of nachos, layering upon layer chips, cheese, meat, repeat!  Then he tops it with muchas delicioso vegetables before allowing our producer to have a taste (notice the thumbs up of approval!)!  Talk about the perfect game day meal – just in time for the NBA Allstars game!

We’re Back!

Welcome to Season 3 of Cooking With Kevin!  The show officially premieres on CCTV (Channel 22) today (Wednesday), January 20th, at 3:30pm.  For the full schedule, please visit here.

CWK SE03EP01-5For the season opener, Chef Kevin calls on his Aunt Susie to help him kick-off the show with pizzazz.  Together, they make mouth-watering turkey burgers, mixing the meat with fresh basil and feta cheese before grilling it outside on the patio.  Kevin compliments the meal with his tasty macaroni salad.  CWK SE03EP01-4The meal was, in fact, so good that even In the Know’s Tim couldn’t help sneaking on set and taking a bite (or two!) before being caught red-handed!

Meanwhile, Get Smart’s Brenna discusses the popularity of Turkey, Helpful Tips’ Julie gives us a lesson on how to perfectly cook noodles and In The Know’s Tim shares his favorite type of salads for any BBQ.

It’s so great to be back!  We’ve been working hard on filming season 3 and … drum roll please … Chef Kevin’s cookbook should be available for purchase late Spring!  Ta-ta for now!

Season 2 Finale!

It’s bittersweet – but hey, we’ll be back soon for season 3 – and it will be better than ever!


Chef Kevin is cooking up some great ideas for the next installment of the show.  We can’t wait to start filming over the summer!

For the season 2 finale, Chef Kevin closes the series with a simple but delicious breakfast combo: Whole Wheat Banana Nut Muffins and a Berry Protein Blast Smoothie.  ep7_3YUM!  The Cooking With Kevin staff can attest that these muffins are addicting – but we don’t have to feel guilty about eating so many because Kevin made sure they were super healthy!  And the smoothie – who knew eating fruits could be so yummy.  Blending together an assortment of berries with maple water (yes, you read that right!), bananas, pineapple, and spinach, Chef Kevin uses his Bullet blender to whip up some wholesome goodness.
